Assistance Programs

Loudon Utilities has partnered with Good Samaritan Center of Loudon County to help families in our community who are experiencing financial hardship. The Neighbor Aid Program enables LUB customers to make donations by electing to have any amount of at least $1 added to their monthly utility bill. LUB matches these contributions dollar-for-dollar.

If you would like to participate, please complete the Enrollment Form and return it to our main office.
