New Customers
- Completed Application for Utility Service (You may bring the completed Residential or Commercial application with you).
- Two forms of identification (One must be a photo ID and the other can be Social Security Card, Voter Registration Card, bank statement, payment stub, W2 or other tax form.)
- A copy of your current lease or rental agreement if applicable.
Customer Service then uses Online Utility Exchange to determine the applicant’s credit risk and applicable deposit amount required. The standard deposit amounts are:

Minimum Credit Risk | No Deposit |
Medium Credit Risk | $125 |
High Credit Risk | $250 |

Commercial & Industrial – approximately 2 months billing
Commercial and Industrial Application
A connection fee of $30 must also be collected before service can be established.
