PROJECT NAME: 2020 -2022 Feeder Circuit Right-of-Way
Clearing Services and Related Work
Loudon Utilities Board (LUB) does hereby invite sealed bids for the above-named project. The scope of this contract includes feeder circuit right-of-way clearing and related services at Owner’s 33 substations feeder circuits which collectively span a total of approximately 350 miles throughout Loudon and Monroe counties as noted within the specifications.
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time on Friday, January 31, 2020, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Only bids received by Owner’s Director of Support Services at or before the deadline will be opened and considered by Owner. Bids must be hand-delivered in person, by overnight carrier, or mailed (at the Bidder’s sole risk for late or improper delivery) using the following applicable address:

There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING for all interested Bidders
on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting location will be the public meeting space at the Loudon Municipal Building at 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon TN, 37774.
